Dock Builders Supply, a growing leader in marine construction products, is looking for just the right person to join our company located near Apollo Beach, Florida!
We are looking for a talented Web Developer who is self-managed and has experience with SEO, e-commerce web design, and graphic design. This will be an on-site (in office), Monday-Friday permanent position (no remote workers). This position is being offered as full-time or part-time, so that we can find the best possible candidate.
Responsibilities:
Re-design, Re-build, and Re-launch - DockBuilders.com, our main e-commerce website
Design, build, and launch several smaller new e-commerce sites
Ensure that our sites are optimized for both web and mobile performance across all of today's top browsers and mobile devices
Ensure that our sites are continually updated and optimized to maximize paid conversions and search rankings
Steadily work to reduce our paid-placement advertising budget by improving our positioning in Google and Yahoo's organic listings
Create and maintain the daily/weekly updates to our company websites
Integrate social media and blogs into our websites and keep them fresh by posting new and exciting content on a regular basis
Manage Google AdWords & Microsoft Search advertising campaigns
Assist with any graphic design work (i.e. newsletters, brochures, catalogs, etc.)
Assist with photographing products for use on our websites and printed advertisements
Assist with general IT troubleshooting and network maintenance
Additional Responsibilities (Especially if hired for full-time with benefits):
Answer phones and help out during peak times
Act as an executive assistant to the president of the company
Qualifications:
1+ Years of Professional Web Design Experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Expression Studio
Experience with WordPress
Experience with AutoCad is a plus.
E-Commerce experience - must be able to create, test and troubleshoot shopping carts
Experience in managing a Google AdWords account
Experience user of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Website Optimizer
Experience in link building
Expertise in HTML/CSS (including HTML5) and working knowledge of FLASH
Intermediate knowledge of PHP and Javascript
Experience with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Must have an eye for layout and design, strong attention to detail
Well versed in SEO strategies
Excellent written and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We are a non-smoking, drug-free workplace. You MUST live within 30 minutes of I-75 and Big Bend Road to be considered for this position. This position requires a dynamic, highly-motivated self-starter, capable of working both independently and with a team. You must be good at multitasking and be willing to adapt and grow with our company. The position requires working directly with company president, who is an SEO certified, web enthusiast.
